What makes teaching important to me is not just the education aspect but the fun that comes with it. Learning doesn't always have to be strict. The beauty of learning is that there's many ways to do it.

I had about 12 years teaching experience in middle school and college. One thing that I learned is that teach at student's level, not at my level. People easily forget how they learned when they were young, which cause the gap between a student and a tutor. For me, the most important thing of tutoring is to understand student's issue deeply and lead the student out of his/her mistaken perception of the course and himself/herself.
