I have over eight years experience tutoring, mostly in math and science, but other subjects as well. I attempt to find analogous concepts from a student's other interests or daily experiences to make abstract concepts more understandable. I believe that generally, grasping a concept follows on from realizing it's not so foreign as we used to think.

I am a sophomore at the University of Kansas with an extensive work experience tutoring for standardized tests. I've tutored dozens of students for the ACT, PSAT and SAT.
