As a registered nurse with a Bachelor's in Nursing from The University of Alabama, I have over four years of clinical experience, including three years in the ICU and a year as a travel nurse. My passion for teaching stems from my early desire to become an educator, and I now apply that enthusiasm to tutoring nursing students, particularly in preparing for the NCLEX. I focus on fostering critical thinking skills essential for nursing, using visual aids and hands-on methods to make complex topics, such as atrial fibrillation, more accessible. I am dedicated to ensuring my students grasp the material thoroughly and pass their exams on the first attempt. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new medical advancements and engaging in outdoor activities, which helps keep my perspective fresh and relatable for my students.
