I am currently enrolled at the University of Memphis, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, driven by my passion for helping students overcome struggles with basic math comprehension and providing the guidance they need. Over the past 5 years, I've served as a Substitute Teacher in grades K-12, and as the Academic Director for the Memphis Youth Arts Initiative and Co-Director for several dance programs. My tutoring expertise spans English, Math, Spanish, Social Studies, and Science, with a particular fondness for math due to its everyday relevance and the intriguing breakdown of numbers. As an advocate for education, my teaching philosophy revolves around making learning enjoyable. Outside academia, I find joy in singing, dancing, acting, reading books, and cooking exquisite meals.
