I've worked as a tutor in a wide variety of areas. Most recently I have worked full time as a chess tutor for elementary school through middle school age groups.
Professionally I have worked as a TV writer and advertising copywriter. I hope to use what I have learned as a professional writer to help my students improve in their writing and reading comprehension.
In addition to this I have experience working as a tutor both for essay writing and creative writing.
I have further experience with the tutoring for the SAT, ACT and PSAT giving students the tools to specifically master the Reading and English sections of those standardized tests.
