I am an instructor at Pima Community College teaching Business and Leadership both face-to-face and online. I am very focused on student satisfaction, particularly in the online environment where I interact daily and supplement much of the course materials with personal charts and homemade videos. I also have 30+ years of managing highly talented engineering teams in major development programs which helps me understand personal motivation.
