My passion for improvement and change has driven me to serve in many roles. I serve as a Healthcare Quality, Safety, and Performance Improvement Coach, where I travel to several provinces and universities in South Africa. I also served as an Adjunct faculty Professor of Operations Management and Process Improvement for a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration program. I am the Consulting Director for Operational Excellence Solutions (OPXLS.com). I am a current Board member to ACE, ALAQUEST Collaborative for education (https://www.acealabama.org/), a nonprofit increasing access to Social and Emotional Learning through teacher training in-class programs and community outreach. I enjoy attending and watching sports. I enjoy live music. I'm active with exercise 3-4 times a week.
