As a retired master's prepared nurse educator, from the university setting, I have found that I miss working with nursing students. One goal of mine is that I want to help students understand "the why behind the what". Being patient with students is something that I have been known for in my past teaching jobs. Remember, I was a nursing student once, and I know what it's like to be in that position.
