Hello! My name is Mikela and I am a research assistant living in Baltimore, MD. I have completed 3 years of PhD/graduate work in clinical psychology and have a wide range of interests and areas of expertise. I have also completed 2 years of biomedical research training at the NIH studying substance use disorders, which is my research specialty. I love teaching and sharing my interests with others and believe that every student has the ability to boost their understanding of a topic when they are paired with a supportive mentor.
