I received my BSN from the University of South Carolina. In my 9 years of nursing I've worked on several medical surgical floors, nephrology, and a cardio thoracic surgery step down unit. I received my MSN from University of South Alabama with a specialty in Nursing education. I've been a Family nurse practitioner for a year working in primary care. I've taught nursing clinicals to undergraduate nursing students taking Med-Surg 1/2. Nursing has always been a passion of mine and I'm a firm believer in education.
