I graduated from Belmont University with a doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2004. Since then I have worked with clients of all ages in a variety of settings including home health, schools, inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, I have over 7 years of experience teaching occupational therapy coursework in postsecondary settings; five of those years were as a Program Director. Under my leadership, each cohort's NBCOT pass rate exceeded ACOTE's requirements.
In 2017, I became a certified yoga instructor and two years later, in 2019, furthered my wellness education journey by earning a personal training certificate through National Academy of Sports Medicine and also became a licensed massage therapist. I understand the complexity of preparing for national board exams and completing the required coursework. I am here to support you in your efforts to become a professional health practitioner. I look forward to assisting you in accomplishing your goals.
