Hello! My name is Emily Hagan and I will be a graduate of Centre College in May of 2019. I have a minor in Education and three years of experience in Education classes as well as observing and assisting in elementary school classrooms. I have extensive experience in teaching/tutoring in reading, writing, fluency, and mathematics. I am so passionate about the education of children and giving them extra attention and help that they need to succeed. My teaching philosophy for hands-on, activity-based learning has proven to be successful for me in years past and I look forward to utilizing it with my future Varsity Tutor students!
