I'm Katrina!

I came across this company and platform in a search for online tutoring for my son (because mom is never right). My son has said nothing but great things and I can see his grades improving!

I have completed school through my Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction. My terminal goal in education is to either write curriculum for my current district OR become a Math Coach/Resource Teacher for new and veteran teachers.

I currently teach high school math, Algebra 1 and Geometry. In the past, I have taught grades 6th-12th. So that, coupled with my son's approval rating, I thought it only natural to work with this company.

I look forward to helping young scholars to understand and enjoy the challenge of working through math problems.

Hobbies

Outside of the house, I love shopping and taking classes at the local YMCA (Zumba, Yoga). Inside of the house, you can find me beating the pants off my boys in Monopoly, Operation, Uno (etc.), putting together city skyline puzzles, and playing "Cooking Fever" online
