I have been working as teacher for the past seven years; teaching domestically and internationally. While serving as a Peace Corps volunteer, I taught myself Chinese and finished my service with an advanced proficiency in speaking and writing. Most of my experience in the classroom relates to teaching Western/U.S. history and culture. I have recently returned to the U.S. and hope to continue advancing my career as an educator and working to improve the quality of education in my community.
