I’m a Northwestern University graduate and proud Chicagoan! I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Radio/Television/Film, and I’m currently taking classes in Educational Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since receiving my BA, I’ve also worked in a variety of marketing roles, along with helping educate middle and high school students in reading comprehension, economics, and career skills through Junior Achievement and AT&T Aspire.
I’m excited to tutor a variety of subjects, but I’m most passionate about helping students improve their reading and writing skills, whether for their school coursework or for standardized testing. I believe in both targeting quick wins for test taking, as well as helping to build the foundational skills required for long term success. Outside of tutoring, my interests include reading/writing, psychology, theatre, history, and Northwestern football and basketball.
Reach out to discuss tutoring for: all elementary and middle school subjects, high school reading & writing (especially research papers!), SAT Reading & Writing/Language, and ACT Reading, English, & Writing.
