I graduated from Yale University in May 2011 and am currently a Teach For America corps member in Houston. I have the great pleasure of teaching Geometry and am currently pursuing certification in high school math and science. I am available to tutor in areas ranging from elementary to college-level math and science. Before joining the Varsity Tutors team, I worked as a college admissions seminar leader-I am an excellent resource for insider tips in gaining admission to selective colleges and universities. When I was a high school senior, I was accepted into 8 Ivy League universities, as well as Stanford and MIT. I truly appreciate and enjoy helping students of all ages achieve their college admissions goals!
Outside of teaching and tutoring, I love to run and explore the city of Houston. As an instructor at a high-performing charter school, I certainly don't have a ton of spare time, but I enjoy a work hard/play hard approach to life!
