I am a graduate with degrees in kinesiology and biology with a minor in chemistry. I have years of experience tutoring and teaching and various sciences from elementary through High School. I primarily tutor sciences but also have extensive background in Spanish. The way I find students learn the best is when you make the subject fun and can incorporate real world examples.

I have a passion for instilling curiosity in my students. The world is full of so many mysteries that can be solved by simply having the desire to investigate them. And the starting point is always through their schooling and the understanding that what they learn is pertinent to understanding the world around them.

I currently work in administration at a small private school. I enjoy working with students and watching them grow and succeed. I am an avid reader, and my favorite part of tutoring is helping students develop their reading fluency and comprehension.

Mathematics is a subject that I have thoroughly enjoyed throughout my school years and my teaching career.
