I am a first year Neuroscience major at Georgia Tech! Throughout high school and college I have had experience tutoring students for almost all subjects offered in my school ranging from world history to calculus. My favorite subjects to teach are math and science because I love learning about why the world works. I teach taking into account the individual ability of the student to grasp the information. For instance, I would give a suitable or a related example so that the student would understand the new concept by drawing a parallel with what they know already. Currently, I'm a third year dental student and I'm motivated to tutor. I tutored for about four years in my undergraduate and this is where I learned different learning strategies.
