I'm a current sophomore at Rice University studying Economics and Data Science. I'm an avid learner and am interested in anything from politics and foreign affairs to the technological capabilities we currently harness to solve big social issues (data-related or not). I've worked in both bioengineering-oriented lab settings as well as Model UN; I think this has offered me a unique way to study the world around me in an interdisciplinary manner. I am currently working towards my master's degree in 7-12 grade mathematics so that I can teach mathematics. I have experience with grades K-12, a lot of experience with students with disabilities, particularly autism. I am especially passionate about presenting a new perspective on algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and linear algebra.
