I have a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I then went on to receive my masters degree in Mathematics Education (5-12). Immediately after college I worked in a tutoring center at a community college, where I had the privilege of tutoring all levels of math (from pre-algebra to calculus). I now teach high school math, most recently Geometry, Algebra II and Pre-calculus. I strive to make math easy for students to understand. I use many different strategies to help students understand and I am extremely patient. I look forward to working with you!

I continued teaching during college and graduate school where I was a teaching assistant for several undergraduate Physics courses and a lab instructor for an introductory Earth Science course. Nowadays, when I'm not tutoring, you can find me judging at local county science fairs or volunteering at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History.
