I love math. I currently teach in the public school system and get excited for teaching others. I get a joy from seeing my students understand math with my help. I do my best to explain and make sure that core concepts are understood.

I recently completed a dual degree at Indiana University and moved to New York to take a gap year before beginning graduate school. As a scholarship student at IU, I majored in economics, cognitive science, and piano performance. Outside of tutoring, you can find me playing or teaching piano, doing jigsaw puzzles, watching TED talks, running, or trying a new food or cooking technique.

I graduated from the University of South Florida obtaining a B.A. degree in Mathematics and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Optics Engineering at the City College of New York.I started tutoring mathematics shortly after my first semester in college. I love every branch of mathematics, but I tend to gravitate towards Calculus due to its beauty and effectiveness in describing and modeling natural phenomena. However, I feel equally pleased tutoring other math subjects, including, but not limited to: Differential Equations, Algebra, Trigonometry, Linear Algebra, Electrical Engineering courses, and Pre-Calculus.

My GoalI want to share my excitement about math with my community! I love tailoring topics to match my students' interests, and watching that inspire them to engage with the material.I am inclusive and accepting of students from all walks of life, regardless of identity (race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, military status, citizenship status, etc). I graduated from UNC-CH with a degree in Quantitative Biology, and I'm passionate about math as a way of understanding the world around us.

I am an undergraduate student studying both legal studies and accounting at the University of Central Florida. Prior to college I was in the IB (International Baccalaureate) Program at my high school and was named a National Merit Commended Scholar. I've spent a number of years teaching and tutoring, despite my young age, in a variety of subjects ranging from music to different levels of math. I am most passionate about tutoring math related subjects as I see how many students struggle to connect certain concepts with others. I also love to tutor business related fields such as economics as I am an accounting major and it is what I study. I am a strong proponent of the idea that no matter how long it takes, every student is capable of being successful in a subject if they put in the work, with the proper guidance. In my spare time, I really love being a referee and participating in taekwondo tournaments as well as practicing the piano.

I am working on using magnetic and flow fields to create advanced materials by directing the self-assembly process of nanoparticles . I have tutored students in Chemistry, Physics and Math all throughout undergraduate and graduate work. I truly enjoy breaking material down into its core components that allows the students to understand complicated information.
