I am a graduate of Troy University in Alabama. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.S. in Educational Leadership. I have been an elementary classroom teacher for 30 years and an online ESL teacher for 4 years. I am currently in a new position as an Education Coordinator at a behavioral health center. My true passion is teaching. I believe that all students can learn. I enjoy evaluating a students' strengths and weaknesses and using those weaknesses in learning to foster their growth as a student. My reward as a tutor is to make learning become something a child WANTS to do. I want to instill a joy in lifelong learning in every student I teach. I am a reading specialist and enjoy tutoring elementary reading, math, grammar, writing, and study skills
