Hello from your future tutor!

My name is Katie and I am from Michigan, the Great Lakes State. I went to college in Michigan and Ireland, the Emerald Isle. I have been teaching since 2012 and I am certified to teach and counsel in both Michigan and California.

I have taught 7th grade English in both Michigan and California. I have also taught 5th and 6th-grade science along with K-8 Art and Technology.
Most recently, I was teaching Kindergarten in Maui, Hawai'i.
I have coached basketball, volleyball, and lacrosse.

For the past few summers, I have been a Group Leaderat a summer camp which means I oversee campers and their counselors.

Besides teaching, I love to travel because learning about our worldallows me to bring my knowledge to my students, to you.
