About Me

I love teaching for 2 reasons: I love talking about the subjects that I teach and I love seeing other people become interested in the subject. Math and science is a seemingly scary and unapproachable subject but it doesn't have to be. It should be fun and it should be inspiring. I graduated at Sharon High School In Massachusetts and I am currently attending Boston University studying Physics and Math. I tutor upper level Physics and Math, namely AP Physics C Mechanics, AP Physics C E&M, AP Calculus BC/AB, and the other AP Physics courses. I do have experience teaching little kids from ages 5-12 as well. My favorite subjects to teach are calculus and physics with calculus. This is simply because I think these subjects are the coolest subjects, and also there's so much beauty in the things that we study. All motion in the entire universe can be expressed through mathematics. How cool is that?? I have a very laid back teaching style, and by that I mean I teach the fundamentals and do the example problems, and the rest I guide the kids to come the conclusion on their own. I believe that the best way to learn is through trial and error.
