Jessica is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (UCF). She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with focuses on music and sociology. Additionally, she received a minor in leadership studies. While studying at UCF, Jessica served as a tutor for Academic Services for Student Athletes (ASSA), where she worked with student athletes on a variety of subjects, from life sciences and social sciences to music and statistics. Jessica is most passionate about Biology, Environmental Science, and Marine Biology. As a previous International Baccalaureate (IB) student, she enjoys helping other IB students thrive in the program by equipping them with the study skills and organizational tools to be successful. She is passionate about learning and greatly values the importance of making content relatable. During her time tutoring student athletes, she frequently used metaphors and mnemonics that would connect to the student's chosen sport to help them grasp the material better. In her spare time,
Jessica enjoys playing flute and participated in both concert and marching band in college. She also loves exploring nature, whether that's through a hike, fishing, or kayaking.
