Hi! I'm a junior at Stanford University majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology. I hope to pursue a career in medicine and work to address healthcare disparities domestically and abroad. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano and watching movies.

There is nothing better than to learn something new everyday. I make sure I do this for myself and my hope is that you do likewise. Teaching is a two-way street. A good teacher should always remain a student. In fact, the best way to really know something is to teach it! I tell myself to always be ready and open to learning new things. I am a soon-to-be-graduating 4th-year medical student at a top-tier medical school. I also hold a bachelor's degree in neuroscience. I have tutored individuals for years and am specialized in science and medical subjects, including USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams, along with SAT and ACT prep.

I have 20 year's of teaching experience in English/language arts & reading intervention. As a result, I've taught most grades K-12. I've been fortunate to work with student's from diverse backgrounds. My mission is to help students gain the skills they need to be successful readers. With this confidence, I hope to create a love of reading.

I am a student at the University of North Texas studying Media Arts with a minor in History. This is my last semester at university, so I thought it appropriate that I give some of my knowledge back to young people who need it.
