You will have 60 minutes to complete 60 questions for the Math section. The math section is multiple choice. They will be testing your knowledge from the following subject classes: trigonometry, coordinate geometry, plane geometry, pre-algebra, elementary algebra, and intermediate algebra. You will have 35 minutes to complete 40 questions for the Reading Section. In the Reading section, you will be reading passages just like the English section. You will be tested on your reading comprehension to see if you can distinguish between facts and opinions, determine word and phrase meanings, and if you can make connections between passages.

You will have 35 minutes to complete 40 questions for the Science section. The Science section will include topics that you've learned in biology, Earth and space science, chemistry, and physics. The questions in this section will be multiple-choice. You will be answering questions that will test you on your reasoning, scientific analysis, and problem-solving.

Earlier we mentioned that the Writing portion is optional. You will have 40 minutes to complete this optional portion of the test. You are only permitted to use a #2 pencil. Your essay must be handwritten. You will need to craft a well-developed, logically supported essay on the provided prompt.
