Every student learns differently. Finding that spark and watching it move into positive results is my focus with every student. I have been teaching and mentoring for more than 30 years. In that time, I have worked with a very diverse group of people. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve scholastically!

I am a graduate from the University of Georgia with a BA in History and MEd in Education. I have been an educator for over 10 years. I have taught History, English, Writing, ESL, Business, and Political Science. I have worked with all ages of students from grade 6 to adults all around the world.

I have been dedicated to the education of students since 2003. I have taught a variety of subjects with history being the primary in almost every school. My passion for the subject makes teaching it a byproduct of my affinity and just makes it that much richer.

My educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Graduate degree in Criminal Justice. I have work experience in teaching, mentoring, and substitute teaching. I also have experience as a research assistant for Rowan University.

My goal is to help students succeed academically. I adapt my teaching styles to best fit every individual student. I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness. I am extremely patient with the students, and I am here to help them succeed.
