I am a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Secondary English Education. Since graduation, I have taught 8th Grade Literature and Composition and 9th and 10th Grade English Literature. I love and am passionate about literature and grammar. I believe everyone can love reading if they find the right book and are given the guidance and encouragement they need to see the value in it. I also believe that strong usage of the English language through writing and speaking provide freedom to the individual that they may express perfectly and precisely what they wish to say! Not surprisingly, I spend much of my time reading and drinking Early Gray tea, but also baking and cooking, wake surfing, and playing with my dog, Samford.
