With more than 30 years of experience in teaching people of all age groups and diverse backgrounds, I have become skilled at assessing learner's needs and using creative methods to help them reach their individual goals. I am highly effective in working across cultural boundaries and facilitating dialogue in a variety of educational settings, from private and group lessons to the classroom and online. I have a BA and MA in Music from Occidental College and a second Master's from the German branch of Columbia International University.
