I am a Mechanical Engineering student with a minor in Computer Science graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University. I've developed a strong passion for helping others learn and grow, particularly in science and engineering subjects. I believe that with the right guidance, any student can grasp complex ideas and turn academic challenges into strengths.

My tutoring approach is hands-on, collaborative, and tailored to each student's learning style. I enjoy making difficult topics feel approachable and often connect them to real-world applications to help spark curiosity and deeper understanding.

I've had the opportunity to support students through mentorship programs like Developing Men of Color and by serving as President of the National Society of Black Engineers at VCU. These roles have helped me sharpen my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsall of which inform how I teach and support students.

My favorite subjects to tutor are engineering and science, because they combine logic, creativity, and real-world impact. Professionally, I've interned with Northrop Grumman as a Quality and Parts Engineer and with the U.S. Department of Energy as a Mechanical Engineer, where I gained hands-on experience in system design, technical analysis, and collaboration across teams.

Outside of academics, I enjoy working on robotics and machine learning projects, exploring STEM outreach, and mentoring the next generation of innovators. I'm excited to help students reach their full potential and build the confidence to thrive in and beyond the classroom.
