Born and raised in Memphis, TN. I later moved to Middle Tennessee and attended Middle Tennessee State University where I received my Bachelor of Science. I have served as an Early Childhood Educator, Extended School Program Director, 7th grade English Language Arts teacher. I went on to obtain my Master of Elementary Education while serving as 5th grade teacher. It is important to me to serve scholars in a way that equips them both academically and personally.
