I believe that anyone has the potential for greatness. Reaching said greatness, however, is not a direct path laid out perfectly for everyone. With that in mind, I believe that, with the proper guidance, it's possible for any student to succeed and excel. My education and experience have taught me that we all learn in different ways.

Cookie cutter programs and copy past lesson plans don't work for every student. Yes, it is easier for the educator, but without accommodating for the needs of each student we fall into the trap of equality over equity. My goal, as an educator, is to provide that equity and help students to acquire that knowledge in the most appropriate way to them.

It is my greatest wish that any student I work with finds success, excitement, and experiences that ever elusive "Aha!" moment when things finally click. That's why I'm here and that's why I do what I do.
