I have over 40 years of management experience in law enforcement and the US Army. A 22 year career in the US Army saw assignments as a Military Police Officer in Korea and as an instructor at the Military Police School at Ft. Gordon, GA. As an Army Reserve Officer, I served as the Deputy Provost Marshal for all Army Reserve Units in South Florida, and as the Professor of Military Science (ROTC) at Ft. Valley State University, Ft. Valley, GA. I retired at the rank of Major.

Law enforcement positions include Police Lieutenant with Hollywood, Florida Police Department with assignments in Traffic Homicide, Arson Investigation, and Administration. I served as the Administrative Commander for the Rock Hill, SC Police Department prior to becoming the Director of Records Management for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department for over 19 years.

I hold a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University.
