I am currently a substitute teacher in a small rural school. I recently graduated college with a dual bachelors degree in Elementary and Special Education. I am passionate about helping kids find success in academics. This means I may have to find creative ways to teach certain content however, as long as my students see success that is what truly matters. One of my favorite subjects is reading, actually, I am currently going for my Masters degree in Reading specialist. Books transform our everyday lives and can take us to places we have never been before. Outside of academia I enjoy spending time with my family and animals, crafting, reading, and hanging out at the lake.
