What I miss most about teaching in the classroom are the students! Online tutoring has given me a chance to see those wonderful learning connections happen again. I have taught in the elementary classroom for 16 years in Georgia. I hold a bachelor's degree from Indiana University in elementary education. I have been trained in balanced literacy and the Upwords reading program (Orton-Gillingham based). My passion is to work with students who get lost in the classroom.
