Hi! My name is Jason. I'm a lover of languages and all that is language related! I received my Masters of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Central Michigan University. I also have an MA in Applied Spanish Linguistics from Michigan State University and a BA in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I have been tutoring for over 20 years (teaching for over 15 years) in the US, China, Spain, Japan, Brazil, and El Salvador. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English language, Spanish language, and Linguistics in general. I love helping students with their educational goals and strive to make that proverbial light bulb switch on in your head!

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to audio books, and spending time with my spouse and two cats! I live near Washington, DC so I'm always up for a museum excursion!
