I am a native of the Seattle area and was born in Ballard at Swedish Hospital. After high school I joined the Marine Corps and then earned a Bachelors of Arts in Urban Studies and a Masters in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. Once i finished with my first masters i started working as a social worker for the state of Washington. I worked for the state for 4 years and then started a second masters in Social Work at the University of Southern California. I have had tutoring experience with adults and children alike.I have worked as an ESL teacher, a tutor for both graduate and undergraduate students and am currently in my second masters program. I love teaching and learning new things within the profession of tutoring and teaching students and would love to broaden my experience with new students within the Seattle area.

I love listening to music and reading books in my spare time. I also try to stay as active as possible by going to the gym and walking my two dogs as much as possible. Being a native of the Seattle area also helps me know some of the great places in the area that I can venture to and spend time in the great out doors to relax when not at work or school.
