What is your teaching philosophy?

I teach because I love to learn. I believe I can learn as much from a student as a student can learn from me.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

By recommending and crafting multi-media resources for independent study including texts, audio, internet and video.

How would you help a student get excited/engaged with a subject that they are struggling in?

-Relating the subject to the student's life, interest or hobbies.

How do you build a student's confidence in a subject?

Through challenging and praising the student when necessary.
