I recently graduated from Emory University, and I am going to medical school at Columbia University in the fall. I worked as a TA and tutor in college for biology and music courses, and I also have experience preparing students for standardized tests. My approach to tutoring is not to simply teach the material, but also to give my students the tools and strategies they need to teach themselves. Since everyone learns differently, I adjust my teaching style to match how each of my students learn, and I enjoy the challenge of coming up with new ways to explain concepts and problems.
