Successful instuction is fun and engaging for students. When learning is fun it is not work. If we as educators facilitate meta cognative skills in students, they can learn how they learn and work using their strengths instead of fighting their weeknesses.

I have been teaching/mentoring for the past 13 years in North Carolina. I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Medaille College in NY. I enjoy helping others grow in education and feel more confident in their skills. I really enjoy teaching students to read.
