I am passionate about helping students gain confidence and independence in their learning. Tutoring allows me to take difficult material and break it down into clear, manageable steps, creating those "aha" moments that spark motivation. At the University of Miami, I served as a Biology Workshop Leader, designing and leading weekly sessions to support groups of undergraduates. I also have experience tutoring math and science across a variety of levels, always adapting my approach to meet each student's unique needs. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and am pursuing a career in dentistry, giving me a strong foundation in the sciences as well as real-world perspective. While I tutor a range of subjects, I especially enjoy math and biology for the problem-solving and connections they foster. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and interactive, with the goal of making learning both effective and enjoyable.
