I'm a certified MRI and ultrasound technologist. I graduated from Cambrian College's Diagnostic Medical Sonography program in 2022, and then began working as an ultrasound technologist at a clinic. I worked for about a year and a half, and did mainly high risk obstetrics, as well as some gynaecology and general sonography. I went back to school to obtain my MRI graduate certificate last fall at Mohawk College. I recently began working in MRI and I enjoy it a lot. I have my CGRS, ARMDS (ab/ob), MRT (M) credentials, and recently wrote my ARRT MRI exam. I really love diagnostic imaging and the physics behind it; learning about how the equipment acquires images and seeing everything come together is very fascinating for me. I am excited to help other candidates understand and prepare for their careers in imaging or other health related disciplines. I am happy to help with exam prep, or any related course work in US/MRI physics, anatomy/physiology, pathology, medical terminology and medico-legal courses. Using examples from my own experiences so far, I aim to make the material more meaningful and comprehensive.
