My teaching philosophy stems from William Ward's famous words: "The mediocre teacher tells, the good teacher explains, the superior teacher demonstrates, and the great teacher inspires." This thought made me question, "Why would a student be inspired to learn from me?" Every student is capable of learning, and a student's desire to learn is a key prerequisite for successful lessons. However, should it only be a student's responsibility to express that desire? I firmly believe that a successful teacher should inspire students to develop their desire to learn, thus contributing to a successful exchange of knowledge and ideas.

Admittedly, my teaching style is designed to foster learning; however, it must be understood that any class consists of a group of students, each different in their attitude toward learning, strength in learning, and aptitude. Therefore, my teaching methods cater to managing a system of highly diverse students in terms of their learning styles, traits, and abilities. I have always believed that my passion for guiding students must be integrated with the responsibility of enhancing their learning abilities. I believe that the act of imparting education should be tailored to suit each individual's strengths and attitude. To achieve this, I engage in continuous exploration and discussions with each student to create an inclusive environment where my concern for their learning is clearly expressed, and they feel at home through ample encouragement from me.

It is well known that the type of information students receive from the external world is either sensory (such as sound or sight) or intuitive (such as hunches or insights). The perceived information is organized either through inductive or deductive modes. Some students may organize information by observing facts and then inferring underlying principles (inductive), while others may prefer to learn deductively, i.e., deducing consequences from given principles. The organized information is then processed either actively, through engagement in physical activities, or reflectively, through introspection. Finally, progress toward understanding may occur sequentially, in steps, or globally, in large jumps; this is how learning is accomplished. My thorough understanding of different learning methodologies allow me to structure my lessons to suit these needs and facilitate various types of learning.

To summarize, my teaching style focuses on fostering conceptual understanding while creating an inclusive environment where each student feels valued and supported. I emphasize active learning, encouraging students to engage in discussions and express their doubts freely, thus helping them develop the confidence to tackle problems independently. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
