I graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor's in Chemical Biology and am currently doing my PhD in Chemistry at Columbia University. I have over 5 years of STEM tutoring experience and 1 year of teaching experience as a graduate student instructor. I have worked with students of all grade levels in various settings. This includes different sized groups from one-on-one to larger classes as well as virtually and in person. I love science, biology and chemistry especially, but math is a close second. My approach to learning is holistic, and I look beyond the grade to making sure that a strong understanding of the subject is achieved. Outside of school, I love listening to music, playing video games, and enjoying the outdoors.
