I teach to empower students to achieve their best learning through engaging and enriching educational discussions, activities, and independent assignments. I connect with students by discovering who they are and what motivates them to learn and desire to further their knowledge, skills, and practices. Through positive feedback, I coach and guide them to completing their best when demonstrating what they have learned and what they can learn by further instruction, practice, and revision. I treat all learners with respect and courtesy while valuing their individual differences.

I have 45+ years teaching experience with middle school, high school, college students, and adult learners mostly in mathematics, statistics, and standardized test prep.
