About Me

Before becoming a nurse I worked as a medical assistant for 10 years. It was during that time my passion and love for the medical field really blossomed. I am now a Medical Assisting Program Director instructing future MA's to love what they do and have a career, not just a job. I received my BSN from UAMS College of Nursing, my Master's from Miami and I am currently finishing my dissertation through Grand Canyon University. I enjoy tutoring pharmacology, medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, laboratory courses & skills, EKG, phlebotomy and preparation courses for the RMA/CMA licensure exams. I am also proficient in nursing fundamentals, pharmacology and med/surge. If you are struggling I am here to help!! It's never to late to turn things around.
