I am a graduate of Texas Tech University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. Since graduation, I have pursued a career in healthcare, ultimately choosing to work for Texas A&M School of Dentistry. My favorite subjects to tutor in are English and Writing. However, I am well qualified to help in any subject my students may struggle in. I am not only here to be a tutor but a mentor and friend as well.

Hobbies

My current hobbies include cooking, enjoying the outdoors, reading, writing children's books, and organizing my friends' planners! I am an avid piano player (trained in the classics but enjoy new music as well) and painter as well. My dog, Chaco, likes to make appearances during my sessions as a fun way to motivate my students. I find that he helps them obtain confidence when they are finding a concept particularly tough.
