I am a graduate of LSU Shreveport with a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction and a B.A. in History from Louisiana State University. For the past 8 years, I have worked as an elementary educator both as a kindergarten teacher and as an English as Second Language Instructional Specialist. Education and literacy have always been strong passions of mine. My teaching philosophy is that learning can be a fun and enjoyable experience. In my free time I love reading, traveling, and learning. I hope to share my passion for reading and learning with my students.
