I really enjoy helping people of all ages understand the Earth and its systems. Especially, how the systems work together and produce the landscapes and Earth resources that we rely on in our lives.
I also enjoy helping students understand math concepts and gain confidence in their problem-solving abilities.
Working with diverse learners is my specialty - helping each learner relate to the subject and apply it to their lives. There are several modes of learning and each of us has a unique set of these modes that make us develop to our fullest potential, and I try to help every learner develop and learn to their become all they can be.

My wife and I enjoy travel, photography, rock collecting, puzzles, reading, and rock polishing, jewelry making. We have traveled all around the USA and Canada. We have collected rocks from all of our travels and used many of them to build a huge fireplace in our home and also to landscape around our house. I also enjoy building around our house and remodeling.
